Lacie's Baptism Service

As a parent, we pray for our children even before they are born and most importantly, we pray for the day they will come to know Jesus as their personal Savior and Lord. Our daughter, Lacie, made that decision last year when we were in the USA on our stateside time. What a joy in all our lives! We talked to Lacie about baptism and she said she wanted to wait until we were home in Swaziland to be baptized at one of our churches. She even knew she wanted to do it Hawane Baptist Church. We did not push it or make a big issue out of it as we wanted her to fully understand what she was doing in her young life. She was the one that kept bringing it up and asked to be baptized when she found out we were planning a baptism recently at Hawane Baptist Church.

Lacie, along with eight others, was baptized last Sunday, March 20. She was so excited and only asked her daddy if the water was going to be cold! :) We thank God for such an important and special decision in her life and continue to pray for her walk with Jesus.

Hallelujah! Praise the Lord!!! Love the expression on Lacie's face! :)
